Catch the premiere of "BIG & LITTLE," tomorrow night on TLC after "MY 600-LB LIFE: WHERE ARE THEY NOW"

Tomorrow night, meet two little people with big weight loss journeys ahead of them in the premiere of TLC's two-part special BIG & LITTLE, after an all-new episode of MY 600-LB LIFE: WHERE ARE THEY NOW.

My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now

Tomorrow at 8/7c, weighing almost 800lbs Joe was housebound, lived alone and was totally dependent on his mother delivering him food. Determined to turn his life around, Joe lost over 100lbs and gained approval from Dr. Now for weight loss surgery. After meeting the love of his life online, Joe was motivated to keep the weight off and eventually proposed to his girlfriend. With new responsibilities and pressures, will Joe's life as husband and stepdad fuel a return to his eating addiction?

Then, desperate for help at 678lbs and dependent on her teenage son, Pauline had weight loss surgery to gain her independence back. Pauline has lost over 300lbs and is now able to dress and cook for herself but still lives with her son, Dillon. Plagued by knee pain, Pauline's mobility is limited and she's still dependent on Dillon for transportation. Will Pauline finally lose enough weight for the skin surgery she needs on her legs?

Afterwards at 10/9c, TLC will premiere the first hour of two-part special BIG & LITTLE, following two morbidly obese little people as they embark on a weight loss journey led by fitness guru and fellow little person, Allison Warrell.

Viewers will meet Chuck, a 30-year-old overweight little person who wants to get his life back on track. His social life is non-existent, he hasn't worked in years, and everyday tasks like putting on socks are increasingly difficult. Also overweight and little, Ayanna is 24 years old and struggles to keep up in her studies to become a medical technician. Under the supervision of fitness guru and fellow little person Allison Warrell, both Chuck and Ayanna take baseline body mass index measurements and find out that they are considered "morbidly obese," the most severe designation of weight relative to height. After spending some time in their lives and raiding their refrigerators, Allison puts them on a diet and exercise plan. Chuck struggles to become accustomed to exerting himself in the gym and attempts martial arts training as an alternative. Ayanna unburdens to Allison about her deep insecurities stemming from her size and weight, and strengthens her resolve to succeed. In this first part of a two-episode special, will Allison be able to kick-start Chuck and Ayanna's weight loss journey?
