DMZ (Syfy, New!) - Andre and Maria Jacquemetton ("Mad Men") are looking to bring Brian Wood and Riccardo Burchielli's DC Comics title - "set in the near future and centers on a young man trapped in Manhattan, which has been turned into a demilitarized zone (DMZ) after a second American civil war" - to the small screen at the cable channel. David Heyman and Jeffrey Clifford of Heyday Films are also on board to executive produce alongside the Jacquemettons via their Warner Horizon Television-based Slim Chance Productions. (Deadline.com)

LEGENDS (Comedy Central, New!) - The cable channel has given a pilot order to a new animated comedy about Jamal, Grover and Milk, "a trio of high school basketball players who are legends in their own minds - and really, nowhere else." In addition, Hawking will voice Jamal with Johnson as Grover and Milk. The company's Scott Greenberg, Mark McJimsey and Joel Kuwahara will also serve as executive producers. (Deadline.com)

ONLY HUMAN (A.K.A. RAN QUARTET) (CBS/CTS; W: David Marshall Grant; D: TBA) - David Marshall Grant's import of the Israeli drama - about four siblings who had their entire lives documented by a filmmaker until age 32, when the documentary stops and everyone comes to find the four's real lives are quite different from the way they had been portrayed on TV - is heading to pilot at the Eye. Said take was set up back in October 2012 at CBS Television Studios with Yona Wiesenthal, Avi Armoza, Eilon Ratzkovsky, Tariq Jalil and David Garrett executive producing alongside Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly as well as the format's creators Giyora Yahalom and Oren Jakobi. Writers Mike and Chris Kelley and director Mimi Leder were behind the previous incarnation, "The Quinn-Tuplets," which went to pilot in 2010. (Deadline.com)

PUBLIC MORALS (TNT; W/D: Ed Burns) - Brian Wiles ("Person of Interest") has been added to the cast of the drama pilot, about New York City's Public Morals Division circa 1967, where cops walk the line between morality and criminality as the temptations that come from dealing with all kinds of vice can get the better of them. His role was not specified. Austin Stowell, Ed Burns, Elizabeth Masucci, Keith Nobbs, Lyndon Smith, Michael Rapaport, Patrick Murney, Ruben Santiago-Hudson and Wass Stevens also star. Kessler, Daniel Zelman & Glenn Kessler; D: TBA) - Sissy Spacek ("Big Love") has scored a role on the upcoming drama, about a family of adult siblings whose secrets and scars are revealed when their black sheep brother returns home.
