BRAVO BRINGS BACK THE DRAMA RENEWING FOUR HIT DOCU-SERIES

Network Announces New Seasons of "Flipping Out," "The Rachel Zoe Project," "Million Dollar Listing" and "Tabatha's Salon Takeover"

NEW YORK December 8, 2008 Bravo announced the renewal of four of the network's most popular docu-series, "Flipping Out," "The Rachel Zoe Project," "Million Dollar Listing" and "Tabatha's Salon Takeover." The hit series have delivered record-breaking ratings success for the network, each delivering one or more telecasts that hit or exceeded the million total viewer mark in 2008.

"Bringing these compelling personalities back was a no-brainer," said Frances Berwick, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Bravo. "Our audience has grown an affection for each of these larger-than-life, talented characters and wants to see more of their lives and careers."

The hit series that have been renewed include:

FLIPPING OUT (Season 3)

Everyone's favorite obsessive-compulsive house-flipper, Jeff Lewis, returns to Bravo for a third season of the hit show, "Flipping Out." The series follows Lewis, one of Los Angeles' most colorful creative renovators and real estate speculators and his diverse and often disgruntled team as they flip several multimillion-dollar houses at one time. The third season of the series will continue to follow Lewis and his team as they keep the business afloat during the rough economy. It's not all business though, as Lewis lends his OCD tendencies to the planning of his brother's wedding. The sophomore season of "Flipping Out" scored record high ratings for Bravo, delivering over one million total viewers for five consecutive weeks. The season averaged 803,000 adults 18-49 and 1.130 million total viewers, up 48 percent and 52 percent respectively versus season one. "Flipping Out" is produced by Authentic Entertainment, with Lauren Lexton, Tom Rogan and Billy Taylor serving as executive producers.

THE RACHEL ZOE PROJECT (Season 2)

Rachel Zoe has established herself as the go-to force among "It" starlets, fashion houses, beauty firms and magazine editors. The second installment of this fashion-forward drama delves further into the inner workings of Hollywood's hottest celebrity stylist. With her loyal, though occasionally unmanageable team at her side, Rachel Zoe jets from coast to coast, juggling award season, fashion shows, and personal fittings with A-list stars. Last season, the show's popularity grew week over week, with the season finale delivering a series high across all demos with 752,000 adults 18-49 and 1.060 million total viewers. "The Rachel Zoe Project" is produced by Original Media for Bravo. Charlie Corwin, Jamie Patricof and Rachel Zoe are executive producers.

MILLION DOLLAR LISTING (Season 3)

"Million Dollar Listing" follows the lives of three of Los Angeles' hottest, young and aggressive real estate magnates in the making as they make a fortune selling multi-million dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills. The series follows some of the area's top agents Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers as their paths cross while they expose the intense work that it takes to move the hottest listings in the City of Angels. Season two posted triple digit growth compared to the season one average, growing a remarkable 124 percent among adults 18-49 (702,000 vs. 314,000) and 111 percent among total viewers (1.011 million vs. 479,000). "Million Dollar Listing" is produced by World of Wonder for Bravo. Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato serve as executive producers.

TABATHA'S SALON TAKEOVER (Season 2)

"Tabatha's Salon Takeover" follows Tabatha Coffey, the charismatic former "Shear Genius" contestant and Australian native, as she visits struggling salons and literally takes over the establishments to whip them into shape. Coffey brings her no-nonsense approach to the salon owners and stylists, all teetering on the verge of collapse and in dire need of her skilled business direction. The first season of "Tabatha's Salon Takeover" averaged 785,000 adults 18-49 and 1.193 million total viewers and ranked as Bravo's highest Thursday series to date. "Tabatha's Salon Takeover" is produced by Reveille for Bravo. Mark Koops and Heather Schuster are the executive producers.
