For this one-of-a-kind celebration, 20 of the most memorable comedy moments and 20 of the most memorable dramatic moments in television history were chosen by Ken Ehrlich Productions (producers of this year's Emmy Awards), Television Academy leadership and a select group of the nation's top television journalists. "We wanted to give television fans an interactive experience for this year's Emmy show, and what could be better than to ask them to weigh in on what are television's most memorable moments? It's a perfect opportunity both to celebrate the history of television and at the same time to introduce new generations to some of the medium's most important events," said Ken Ehrlich, executive producer of "The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards."

From The Beatles' first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show" to the entire Cosby family singing a Ray Charles song, from hearing the Goodnights' on "The Waltons" to the disappearance of the island on "Lost," fans will be able to narrow 40 of "Television's Most Memorable Moments" down to just two.
