GLOOP WORLD (Quibi, New!) - Justin Roiland, John Harvatine IV and Eric Towner have set up a stop-motion animated series at the streaming service that "chronicles the absurd but strangely relatable lives of roommates Bob Roundy and Funzy, two anthropomorphic blobs who navigate the malleable suburbia and outskirts of Gloop World." Said trio will executive produce - with Harvatine directing - alongside Seth Green, Matthew Senreich and Chris Waters for Stoopid Buddy Stoodios. (Deadline.com)
LUCIFER (Netflix) - Dennis Haysbert has been cast as God for the show's fifth and final season as "the rebellious Lucifer (Tom Ellis) and his angelic brother (and God's favorite son) Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) will be spending some quality time with their father in the farewell season." (EW.com)
REAL, THE (Syndication) - Amanda Seales has been upped from guest to permanent co-host of the series. Adrienne Houghton, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley are also featured on the daytime entry. (Deadline.com)
SAVED BY THE BELL (Peacock) - Josie Totah has signed onto the sequel series as Lexi, "a beautiful, sharp-tongued cheerleader and the most popular girl at Bayside High who is both admired and feared by her fellow students." Totah will also be credited as a producer on the show. (THR.com)
SEVERANCE (Apple) - Patricia Arquette is set to star alongside Adam Scott in the Ben Stiller-helmed series, a workplace thriller that introduces Lumen Industries, a company that's looking to take work-life balance to a new level. Scott plays Mark, an employee with a dark past trying to put himself back together, with Arquette as his boss. (Deadline.com)
STUMPTOWN (ABC) - Comedian Mike Epps will guest on the show's January 8 episode as a famous TV judge who hires Dex to help find his prodigal brother but soon finds that she is not the only one looking for him. (Variety.com)
TEMPORARY HUMANS (FOX, New!) - Marc Sloboda, Evan Hill and Nick Bailey are set to team for an animated comedy at the network which follows Jake, "a hapless twenty something who rescues a naked amnesiac, Sammy, from an explosion in a lake and makes him his roommate." FOX Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television are behind the project, with Electric Avenue's Will Arnett and Marc Forman as well as Peter Principato and Charlie Sanders likewise executive producing. (Variety.com)
UNTITLED BRADLEY, CRAGG & RAMSAY PROJECT (FOX, New!) - Steven Cragg and Brian Bradley are set to team with Gordon Ramsay for a single-camera comedy at the network in which "after a huge blow up with her perfectionist, demanding, Gordon Ramsay-like mentor, young chef Lena decides to strike out on her own. Thinking there's got to be a better way to run a kitchen, she opens her own restaurant. But after a twist of fate throws them back together, she finds herself stuck with her opinionated, foul-mouthed former boss, not only in her kitchen but in her personal life too." Studio Ramsay's Ramsay and SideCar's Gail Berman will executive produce alongside Cragg and Bradley for FOX Entertainment. There are no plans for Ramsay to act in the series. (Deadline.com)
