Within the live hour, the remaining couples will look ahead, through live interviews and video, to what it will take for each of them to reach the finals. Past "DWTS" celebrities and the judges will also provide their commentary on each couple.

Also performing in the "Road to the Finals" special is the cast of the five-time Tony Award(R)- nominated musical "Rock of Ages." Starring Tony Award nominee Constantine Maroulis and Rebecca Faulkenberry, the cast will sing a special medley of the show's hits created specifically for "Dancing with the Stars."

Then, on "Dancing with the Stars the Results Show: Episode 1206A" (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET), another couple will be eliminated from the competition, and special musical guests pop icons NKOTBSB (New Kids On the Block/Back Street Boys) will perform their smash hit, "Don't Turn Out the Lights" -- accompanied on the ballroom floor by "DWTS" pros Lacey Schwimmer & Tony Dovolani and members of our "DWTS" Troupe -- and a two-song medley of their megahits "Step by Step" and "I Want It That Way," accompanied by Anna Trebunskaya & Peta Murgatroyd. Plus, singer Pia Toscano ("American Idol") will sing "I'll Stand by You," accompanied by pros Mark Ballas & Karina Smirnoff.

Also this week, a wedding-themed "Macy's Stars of Dance" number will celebrate the highly-anticipated Royal Wedding with a romantic performance illustrating a fairytale love story throughout the ages. The number will be choreographed by and star one of the hot new names in choreography, Chris Scott, co-artistic director and choreographer of the acclaimed web series, "League of Extraordinary Dancers" (The LXD).

In their biggest joint appearance to date on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2011," NKOTBSB sent thousands of screaming and dancing fans into a frenzy. NKOTBSB first thrilled fans when they took the stage together at the sold out NKOTB Radio City Music Hall show, and recently announced 16 new shows for a total of 41 confirmed dates for the anticipated 2011 boybandbananza! The NKOTBSB tour, produced by Live Nation, beginning June 2 with confirmed shows through July 30.

New Kids on the Block sold more than 80 million albums worldwide -- including back-to-back international No. 1 songs, 1988's "Hangin' Tough" and 1990's "Step By Step" -- and a series of crossover smash R&B pop hits like "You Got It (The Right Stuff)," "Cover Girl," "Didn't I (Blow Your Mind This Time)," "I'll Be Loving You" and "Tonight." The group shattered concert box office records, playing an estimated 200 concerts a year in sold out stadiums worldwide, and still hold many of these records to date. They were Forbes' highest paid entertainers of 1990 and had an extensive and highly profitable merchandise line that included everything from lunch boxes and sleeping bags to comic books, marbles and dolls.

With countless No. 1's, record-setting tours and worldwide sales in excess of 100 million, Backstreet Boys are among pop's most influential and successful bands in music. The band made history when all tickets for their anticipated 11-week, 39-city Millennium North American Arena Tour sold out almost immediately. They are also among the few bands to have received the Diamond Award from the R.I.A.A. for sales of more than 10 million on both the "Backstreet Boys" and "Millennium" albums. The band is currently wrapping up a worldwide tour in support of their recent album, "This is Us."

Native sons of Tulsa, Oklahoma, HANSON have been making their soul-inspired brand of American pop-rock & roll for nearly two decades. They recently released their fifth studio album, "Shout It Out," on their label 3CG Records. The album was produced and written exclusively by the band and augmented with special guests Funk Brothers bassist Bob Babbitt and famed horn arranger Jerry Hey. Together the three brothers have received multiple Grammy nominations (drummer Zac is the youngest nominated songwriter in history), headlined at venues from Carnegie Hall to the Hollywood Bowl, made world records for the loudest concert audience in history (chronicled in the documentary film "Strong Enough to Break"), and formed their own independent record company, 3CG Records. Simultaneously with the launch of their 2007 album, "The Walk," they championed calls for action in humanitarian efforts, galvanizing tens of thousands of people to participate in barefoot one-mile walks to fight HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. They're committed to their live concert experience, with special events like their sold out five-night stand in NYC, featuring each of their albums performed in their entirety, culminating with the debut of "Shout It Out" live.

The week's romantic "Macy's Stars of Dance" wedding-themed number will be choreographed by and star one of the hottest new names in choreography, Chris Scott. His credits also include the Academy Awards and Miley Cyrus.

By Tuesday evening's end, one couple will be eliminated from the competition, as determined by a combination of the judges' scores and viewers' votes for Monday's performance. Who among the seven remaining teams will leave the ballroom floor?

· KIRSTIE ALLEY, television and movie star, and MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY
