Music Video to Feature Clips from "Grey's Anatomy" And a Sneak Peek of the Premiere Episode

ABC will premiere a one-hour special, "Come Rain or Come Shine: From Grey's Anatomy to Private Practice," WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET). Offering an intimate look at Dr. Addison Forbes Montgomery of "Grey's Anatomy" -- from her struggles at Seattle Grace to her search for happiness in Los Angeles � this special gets you prepped for the new ABC drama, "Private Practice."

In addition, the "Grey's Anatomy" music video featuring "Breath In Breath Out," Mat Kearney's new video from his upcoming October 9 reissue of the chart-topping "Nothing Left to Lose," will premiere during the special. The three-minute music video combines memorable scenes from the previous seasons of the hit series combined with emotional key moments from Kearney's video, and will also feature a first look from the new season of "Grey's Anatomy," which premieres THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 27 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET).

About Mat Kearney

Raised in Eugene, Oregon, Mat Kearney went to college at Chico State in Northern California, where he studied English literature. Not until he was in school did Mat begin to write the emotionally complex songs that would eventually make up his major label debut album, "Nothing Left to Lose." Mat's sound incorporates wide-ranging influences that paint his songs with strength and passion, fusing poetic hymns with melodic choruses. He most recently finished headlining VH1's "You Oughta Know" Tour and opening for his Columbia Records label-mate, John Mayer. "Nothing Left to Lose" will be reissued with "Breath In Breath Out" on October 9.
