THE PRESCRIPTION PAIN RELIEVER METHADONE CAN ONE PILL KILL? -- ON ABC NEWS 20/20, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22

Also: Barbara Walters Interviews Bill OReilly; Deborah Roberts Profiles Rachael Ray; Whats in a Name? John Stossel Reports

The pain killer Methadone has become one of the deadliest prescription drugs, in many states creating what some medical examiners across the country say is a death epidemic. As Jim Avila reports, Methadone not liquid methadone given to heroin addicts, but Methadone in pill form prescribed for chronic pain is cheaper than most pain medications, and just one pill can sometimes be fatal. Inexperienced doctors prescribe too much, or patients overmedicate when the pills dont relieve their pain immediately not realizing it takes a while to build up to an effective dose. Also alarming are the number of legitimate methadone users willing to sell their own prescription on their neighborhood streets illegally. 20/20 cameras are there to see first hand how cops in Wisconsin are setting up stings to bust methadone dealers. The report airs on 20/20 on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

And: Fox News Channels Bill OReilly is arguably cable televisions biggest, most controversial star. In an interview with Barbara Walters at his waterfront home on Long Island, OReilly talks about how his fame and success, and sometimes controversial views, have come with a price. With the controversy comes death threats on a daily basis, OReilly tells Walters. Not only from kooks. But the FBI came in and warned me and a few other people at Fox News that al Qaeda had us on a death list. And thats a little disconcerting. He also explains the war on our culture, the crux of his newest book, and gives his opinion on many people, including Senator Hillary Clinton, Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and former President Bill Clinton, whom he called brilliant.

Also: Deborah Roberts profiles one of TV's hottest talk show hosts -- Rachael Ray. Ray speaks candidly about how she became one of the most successful cooking gurus in the country without ever taking a cooking class. She also talks about her personal life, including whether the newly married talk show host wants to have kids. Id like to have a day off to, to just read a book let alone have a kid. I love children Having a child doesnt make sense to me cause my workload is too great, and I feel like a bad mom to my dog most days, I cant imagine the guilt Id have with... uh, little old little-bitties.

Plus: What is in a name? John Stossel reports on names and stereotypes and asks whether someones name can prevent them from getting a job.

Additionally: 20/20 updates a story the show has been following closely -- Kendra and Maliyah Herrin, the four-year-old conjoined twins who were separated this summer. What has life been like since going home, and did they receive the dog they requested on 20/20 just a few weeks ago?

20/20 is anchored by Elizabeth Vargas and John Stossel. David Sloan is executive producer.
