Feeding into Americans� obsession with weight control and dieting, many restaurants are making claims that they now serve food that is better for you� and tastes good too. But is that really possible? What is really on your plate? To find out, �20/20� goes out to lunch to some of the popular national restaurant chains that advertise special meals designed for dieters and other health-conscious consumers. As ABC News correspondent Don Dahler reports, viewers interested in knowing about the fat, carb and calorie content of these special meals should tune in before ordering their next meal. �20/20� on FRIDAY, MARCH 24 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

�20/20� visited six of the top seven casual dining chains that cater to people watching their weight, and ordered some of the healthy meals and some regular meals to go. The meals where then brought to the Sanipure Food Laboratories in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, where each one was reduced to its true components and the nutritional profiles were revealed.

And: Who are asexuals � people living sexless lives, not to deny themselves pleasure but because they say they simply have no libido? As JuJu Chang reports, they come from all walks of life and, as one study suggests, 1% of us might just be an asexual. Some people even say there is a new asexuality �movement.� But it is a movement that is sparking debate, since there has not been a lot of research on the topic and the scientific community does not recognize it as a sexual orientation. �20/20� gathers a group of asexuals to learn why they have no attraction to men or women, and also talks to a certified sex therapist who says asexuals just need a little help.

Plus: Bob Brown reports on the ultimate story of luck involving three people: a little boy born and living in a very dangerous country, with no parents to protect him and no hope for the future, and an American couple � a world famous doctor and his girlfriend � who would meet the boy by chance. Dr. Ian Zlotolow, a prominent doctor specializing in creating prosthetic parts for facial wounds or deformities, met Lansana Lapia while on medical leave from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital in New York to help those in need in Sierra Leone. Dr. Zlotolow took a special liking to Lapia, whose leg was disintegrating. The doctor gave up his position in New York and moved to Oakland, CA to give Lapia a better life in the United States. Which one is really the lucky one?

Also: Enough is enough! John Stossel introduces a new segment entitled �Enough!� that takes a look at people who�ve taken a stand because they�ve had enough � enough of injustice, corruption, bureaucracy, bad behavior, etc. This week Stossel reports on convenience store clerks who battle would-be robbers, taking the law into their own hands.
