Fortunately, Officer Jeff Garwacki of the Fort Worth, TX, Police Department crosses their path and assists with apprehending the suspect, who, they later realize, broke free from handcuffs when he was detained earlier that day. While following Las Vegas, NV, Metropolitan Police Officer Gibron Smith, cameras capture a domestic disturbance involving a separated couple.
